Chairs, yoga mats, blankets, snacks and tea will be provided. Bring a meditation cushion if you like. The group is free of charge. Donations to help pay for the space are appreciated. Drop ins are welcome. If you are late just come in quietly. Join our group "Stone Ridge Community Meditation" on the website meetup.com. All announcements and updates will be posted there.
