Bobbi Esmark has been playing taiji and practicing qigong since 1993. She has developed her Qigong classes based on classic Chinese medicine, tai chi masters and classes, workshops and seminars with contemporary qigong masters. Her intention is to provide a path to a lifelong practice for well-being.
