Beginner's Mind:
Starting October 30 and meeting approximately every two weeks until February 19, this group welcomes new and current meditators to group practice.
Each session we will meditate together and engage in shared discussion on a topic. At the end of each session, participants will be offered a plan to sustain their practice until the next session, allowing you to build a practice that works for your life!
The benefits of meditation are plentiful and all goals are encouraged. Whether you want to sleep better, improve focus and concentration, reduce stress, cope with challenging emotions, or foster emotional and physical wellbeing, this practice will meet those needs. All you need is consistency and a beginner’s mind.
